Over the Spring months of 2018 we have made a series of improvements.
The counter is re-structured. The team now places salad besides hot food, whereas cakes and pastries are served towards the end of the counter. This reordering aligns more to the way visitors select their food and reduces serving time.
Breakfast is served differently. The coffeeshop now serves part of the breakfast menu on the hot-food counter, instead of preparing each dish individually. This way food can be served more quickly and guests have a better visual selection of the various menu items on offer.
Dishes that serve special dietary requirements have been introduced - such as vegetarian and gluten-free options - along with the fruit salad and yoghurt that have been popular choices amongst morning customers.
We happily cater for coach parties - with a large car park and indoor seating for over 100 people, Mid Ulster Garden Centre is a great place for large groups to stop for lunch.
Our new patio area is also now available and ready for you to enjoy a cup of coffee in the sunshine.
