Damage & Returns Procedures
Damage is very rare as we carefully package on wooden pallets but should it happen:
Handling Damaged Deliveries
- Immediate Inspection Requirements:
- Check goods upon delivery
- Alert driver of visible damage
- Mark delivery note as "damaged" when signing
- Take photographs of damage
- Reporting Process:
- Submit damage reports within 3 working days
- Email must include:
- Order number
- Damage photographs
